Guided Meditation
Guided meditation is a practice where you are gently supported to find inner stillness and calm, led by my voice alongside soothing sounds or music. There's nothing you need to do or know beforehand. You simply arrive, settle, and allow yourself to be guided.
I offer guided meditation as a standalone session or as part of a grief, loss or trauma coaching journey. Many people find it a natural companion to coaching, particularly when anxiety is present or when the mind simply needs some quiet.
How Guided Meditation Can Help
Guided meditation is particularly beneficial for anyone learning to recognise and soothe anxiety. By gently drawing the mind's attention inward, it supports the regulation of breathing and heart rate, creating a sense of steadiness that can feel very hard to reach when you're in the middle of grief or stress.
The techniques you experience in a session are yours to keep. With a little practice they can be used independently, becoming part of your own toolkit for self-care and moments when you need to find calm.
What to expect
Sessions last around an hour and take place at Nu U Hair and Beauty in Sleaford. You will be comfortably settled before we begin and the pace is entirely led by you. I will guide you gently using my voice alongside calming sounds or music, and there is no pressure to respond, perform or achieve anything at all. This is simply time for you. Guided meditation can be booked as a standalone session or combined with coaching or Reiki to create something bespoke. If you would prefer to begin virtually, just mention it when you get in touch.

Do I Need Any Experience?
Not at all. You don't need to have meditated before, and you don't need to have any particular beliefs or expectations. Many people come having never tried anything like this, and find it far more accessible and natural than they expected. If you have any questions or concerns before booking, please just ask.
