Frequent Asked Questions
Is everything I share kept confidential?
Yes, completely. Everything discussed in sessions and all enquiries made through this website are treated with total confidentiality. I adhere to professional coaching standards and your privacy is always respected.
Where are sessions held?
I like to be flexible in my approach to coaching, im able to offer 1hr long coaching at my home or yours,or online if that works for you.
Reiki and meditation works best 1:1 and can take place at my home or yours. Being comfortable and feeling safe to open up is paramount.
How soon can I expect a response?
I aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours. If you'd prefer to speak by phone, please include your number and a good time to call and I'll ring you back.
I'm not sure if this is right for me. Should I still get in touch?
Absolutely. There's no pressure and no commitment involved in making an enquiry. If you're unsure whether coaching, Reiki or guided meditation might help, a simple conversation is often the best place to start.
